We are ALCI members and exclusively issue EFTCO certificates (ECD: EFTCO Cleaning Document). 

For clients who have not yet opened an account, we only accept credit card payments (VISA/Mastercard) or Bancomat.

After establishing a continuous collaboration, we can open an account for clients who request it. In the meantime, as per company policy, all payments must be made directly.

No, we do not perform any type of repair or workshop work.

We do not carry spare parts, but we do sell ADR signs/labels to safely indicate the type of hazard inside your vehicle.

We can clean waste, subject to a review of the waste form and a feasibility assessment by our operators. We do not provide estimates or quotes for waste cleaning.

To request vehicle cleaning, you need to provide the transport document from the last trip (or the waste form, if it's waste). The same product indicated in the document will be recorded on the certificate. In no case will product changes be made. 

We do not accept bookings, but we are available through our contacts to inform you of the least busy times of the day and provide real-time updates on traffic.
Once you determine the right time, we recommend sending an email with the vehicle’s arrival date, the license plate, and the last product offloaded. This communication does not count as a booking but helps us organize activities efficiently and ensure the highest quality of service.

We are equipped with cranes for moving empty and full containers, we have storage spaces for tank containers, and parking for semi-trailers.

Overnight parking is not allowed inside our premises, but there are ample parking spaces available in the surrounding areas.
